SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS
All our orders are shipped nationwide by courier or transport company. Delivery is made within 1-3 working days if the product is ready for delivery. Deliveries are not made on holidays and days when our main warehouse is closed for inventory purposes. For any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you by phone to let you know the delivery time of the products.
Customers must check the integrity of the packaging upon delivery of the order. Damaged or broken products are not covered by warranty and should not be received.
Returns: Wrong product - Right of Withdrawal
In the event that there is a mistake on our part and the product is different from the one you ordered, you can return it within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase without any shipping charges. The return of the product, in this case, can only be made when the product is in its original condition and with full original packaging.
