Order shipments are completed in two ways:
- By courier company (courier)
For orders of small parcels, low volumetric weight, the shipment is carried out through a partner courier company.
The delivery time of the order is 1 to 3 working days, depending on the geographical area of the recipient. In remote and/or inaccessible areas the delivery time is expected to increase.
The cost of the transport of small volumetric parcels is 5,00€ including VAT.
- Via a transport company
Orders of large volume or weight are shipped via a partner shipping company.
The delivery time of the order is 1 to 3 working days, depending on the geographical area of the recipient. In remote and/or inaccessible areas the delivery time is expected to increase.
For the collection of these orders from the cooperating transport agencies in Athens and Thessaloniki, the cost is free of charge. For delivery at your location*, there is an additional charge, which depends on the total volume of your order and the delivery area. For this charge we will inform you by phone after the submission of your order.
- delivery to your premises by the transport company refers to delivery to the curb
The shipping method of your order is automatically selected by our system depending on the volume and weight of your total parcel. However, it is possible to send a bulky order by courier upon request for the cost of transport.
For the safety of your orders, we recommend that you check the contents of the parcel immediately after receipt and in the presence of the carrier, to check for any damage to the products during transport. In this case, please inform us immediately.
starelectric is committed to shipping the products from its distribution center within one (1) business day of order completion, provided that they are available. Any orders placed on Saturday and/or Sunday will be processed on the next business day, i.e. Monday. Products are delivered to the address provided by the user.
In case the customer wishes to have the products delivered in a shorter period of time, delivery on Saturday, will be charged extra.
During periods of sales, holidays and inclement weather there may be delays in processing orders. Furthermore, there may be delays in delivery times. Starelectric is not responsible for delays that are not due to its own fault or due to force majeure and asks for the understanding of its customers. Starelectric will inform by email of any delays in the customer's order.
